Viceroy Hotels secures Rs 10,583.46 crore through a rights issue of equity shares As on : 15-Sep-26  19:50

Viceroy Hotels Limited announced that its Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 92,03,008 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of Rs 115.00 per share to eligible allottees, as finalized by BSE Limited. The total amount raised through the rights issue is Rs 10,583.46 crore, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 67,57,89,480 to Rs 76,78,19,560.
